DocSite PQRI offers a simple and effective means to earn your 2% PQRI incentive. No CPT-II or G-codes; just simple clinical data collected at the point-of-care during a patient visit and reported to CMS for payment. Most DocSite PQRI customers report it takes no more than two days to complete proactive reporting for each physician for the year. Retroactive patient clinical data reporting can also be managed, if you determine at the end of the year you’d like to use our service for PQRI reporting.

DocSite’s PQRI web service is not the only CMS-approved PQRI alternative reporting service we offer. Using or PQRI Enterprise service, we can import and process claims data for reporting to CMS from a vast array of sources for larger organizations (50 providers or more). However, we encourage our customers in smaller practices to use the 30-patient submission process offered through our PQRI web service to submit clinical data because of its simplicity, ease and cost-effectiveness.
